The Atlantis Hotel offered a cozy atmosphere with a friendly welcome and an admirable breakfast spread. the decor felt a bit tired and could use deep cleaning. Ultimately, it's a comfortable place for a short stay, making it good value for the price.

Unique setup for key access lacks direct staff interactions, which might not suit everyone. Noise from external sources can be intrusive, and the self-service breakfast setup allows for missed items, like spoons or condiments, leading to minor inconveniences. Locking doors from the inside could benefit from a redesign for added privacy.

Great location and comfortable stay
I enjoyed my recent 1-night stay in a Quadruple Room, which was close to the Coral Island, making it easy to access local attractions. The room was clean with a comfy bed and convenient tea and coffee facilities. We had a nice breakfast with help-yourself stations. It would have been even better with a lamp in the room for some extra lighting, but overall, I found it a good value for the price.

Self check-in process, location proximity to attractions, smart TV with Netflix
Room cleanliness left much to be desired!!! Plumbing issues with hot water took far too long!!! Noise from adjoining rooms disrupted sleep!!! Maintenance of facilities should be prioritized!!!

Had a clean room with plenty of space. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast. The shower was a bit noisy and hard to control. Enjoyed the karaoke night—lively atmosphere!

During my stay, I found the hotel's cozy decor warm and inviting, with well-maintained common areas that were easily accessible, making my experience as a senior incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.
Additional grab bars in bathrooms would improve safety.

would absolutely stay here again
Had a super cozy stay in the quadruple room with clean linen and a comfy mattress. The bathroom was private with a shower, and there was a nice TV and tea/coffee maker. The spa facilities were a great way to unwind. Location next to Coral Island was a huge plus!

I loved how they sent me key codes for access before I arrived and the breakfast buffet was a fantastic way to start my day. The hotel had a cozy lounge and a lively karaoke room for some evening fun. One tiny downside was the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty in the evenings. a delightful stay! 😊

The twin room was very basic but offered a lovely, comfortable bed that was perfect for resting after a day out. Breakfast options were plenty and genuinely gorgeous, making mornings enjoyable. Netflix in the room was a delightful bonus, and the location was excellent for exploring the area. the layout with the bath in the bedroom was unusual and might not suit everyone’s taste, and cleanliness could be better in some corners.

Awesome stay with great staff!
We had a lovely time! Staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, seriously close to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was fab, really hit the spot. The room was dated but clean, though it could use a little update. a great deal for what we got!

We had a fantastic stay with friends, visiting the Grand Theatre and catching a match at Bloomfield Road. The location was spot on, and breakfast hit the spot. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky, so consider using the Central car park to keep it simple!
We did struggle with a noisy shower that was hard to control, which took away from the overall comfort. our stay was pretty enjoyable.

the location is perfect, super close to everything but still quiet. loved that the room was en-suite too. breakfast was really nice, buffet style with loads of options. parking was just around the corner which was helpful. the staff were great, super friendly and ready to help.
the check-in could be better, getting all those emails was kinda annoying. also, i didnt get the txt with the room details, which made it confusing when i arrived.
